JS was definitely ahead of his time applying american freedoms. Many before him had merely enjoyed the benefits of american freedom of speech and freedom of religion. JS' forward movements in the application of these freedoms contained within the realm of american neo-liberties was definitely revolutionary.
Beyond that, Joseph Smith was an adept spirit traveler and a Prophet. He was ahead of most people who are alive today!
but remember, danny, you're talking about Christian attributes/titles while looking through a mormon perspective. I'm trying to expose a perspective that all americans can understand.
