It's an interesting poll, however, i find it difficult to see any material value behind the figures. What has America actually lost?
Do you really need me to answer that?
YES!!! why should we care what other countries think of us? I'm not trying to argue, i'm simply trying to find some real material damage the US suffers as a result of a poor foreign opinion. this doesn't mean that i view our actions as being fair or just.
so, no response must mean that you can't think of any reason why we should strive to look good to other countries. don't get me wrong, we have made mistakes, but i stopped caring about other people's impression of me when i graduated from high school. can you tell?
Ha! Hardly! The real reason is that i've been trudging through grading 186 quizzes and exams. i think i'll call u about this one though ;)
